SCHEDULE YOUR ROUTINE HEALTH CHECKUP
When it comes to staying healthy, routine visits with your primary care provider (PCP) are key. Taking time for regular checkups with your PCP can benefit your health in many ways, including detecting any potential problems before they become serious, and managing any current health issues. Your PCP can also determine what preventive screenings or vaccines are necessary for you based on your age and health status.

Your mental health is essential to your overall well-being. But knowing how or where to start can feel overwhelming, so we’ve compiled some helpful resources below. You can also visit our Mental Health Resource Center to make it easier to find the right support.
Your plan comes with many great options for mental health support. MyBlue is the key to understanding what’s available to you. MyBlue can help you:
