Planning the end of life’s journey
It’s not easy to face the reality and decisions that come with advanced illness. But when it’s time for end-of-life care, we’ll be there to help you plan a journey that’s right for you and your family.
Even when improved health is no longer possible, compassionate medical care plays a vital role in quality of life, comfort, and emotional support. We believe nothing is more important than making certain you achieve exactly that.
The benefits of taking control
Many patients feel that advanced illness is controlling their lives. That's why starting a conversation about the future can be empowering, and can lead to positive results such as:
- Peace of mind about what’s to come
- Less stress for you and your loved ones
- A higher chance of staying comfortably at home
- Assurance that your goals and wishes are respected
- More comfort and better pain management when needed
- More meaningful time spent with loved ones in the days ahead
