You can access your medical card on bluecrossma.org, the MyBlue App, or through the student portal at student.huhs.harvard.edu.

To register, you’ll need to enter your name, cell phone number or email address, birth date, Blue Cross Member ID number, and student ID number.
If you've registered for MyBlue previously, you can continue to use the same log-in information.
Important: Harvard Students won't be sent Blue Cross Medical ID cards. You can access your card number by using the bluecrossma.org website, the myblue app or by accessing it online through your student account at student.huhs.harvard.edu.
A one-time, secure process ensures that only identified Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts members can access their account.
You can verify your account by entering your student ID.
You can reset your username by clicking “Forgot Username?” at the bottom of the app log-in page and entering your email address or phone number and date of birth.
You can reset your password by clicking “Forgot password?” and providing information such as email address and date of birth.
No, members don't need to enter a SSN to register, just a student ID number.
To register an account on the MyBlue app for your spouse or dependent over age 18, you'll need to add their SSN to your school file so that it can be transmitted to us. Once we receive their SSN, it will take four days to process before your spouse or dependent can register on the MyBlue app.
If your spouse or dependent chooses not to provide their SSN, they'll need to answer additional personal questions when creating a MyBlue account.
If your spouse or dependent doesn't have a SSN, student ID, or any personal history in our system, they won't be able to create a MyBlue account. If you have questions about using the MyBlue app, or about your health insurance, benefits, or claims, call (617) 495-2008.
No member information is stored on the phone. All information is encrypted and secured within a protected database.
Your student ID card number is provided by your school. Any questions related to a new or replacement ID card should be directed back to your school.
- Subscribers and spouses can only view their own information, and information (including the ID card) for their dependents under age 18.
- Subscribers and spouses can view information (including the ID card) for dependents with certain disabilities.
- Dependents 18 years and older can only view their own information.

You can download your digital ID card to your phone or email a PDF of your card to your doctors.
For medical, vision, and dental claims, you’ll only see the latest version of the claim. For claims related to pharmacy coverage, you’ll see all past and present versions of the claim.
You can see your last ten doctor visits and filled prescriptions. NOTE: If you see the same doctor multiple times, or refill a prescription, you’ll only see the most recent visit or filled prescription.
MyBlue is available to all students and their spouses enrolled in the Student Health Plan. If subscribers have dependents who are 18 or older, they are also eligible to enroll in a MyBlue account.

The MyBlue app is compatible with Android OS 8.1 and above, and Apple iOS 13 and above.
It depends. In some cases, you may not be able to access the MyBlue Member App if you are in a blocked location. Some countries are on a blocked list due to malware or security risks.
The dental ID card number is the same as your medical ID card number except the prefix is XXA instead of HVA.
Dental ID cards are available on the MyBlue app.
